[Monitoring] Issue has been identified as a SNMP loop and a fix has been applied. Systems appear to be stable, we will continue to monitor.

[Identified] Our main colo switch in the data center is experiencing high CPU causing outages/latency to colo customers in the Eagan data center. An engineer is on-site investigating.
